Standard Shipping

Delivery is charged at various rates, depending on the service selected at checkout. After placing your order, you can track your shipping.

 

United Kingdom

 

All UK (*Excluding Northern Ireland) orders are delivered tracked with Royal Mail. Dispatch times are 1-2 working days. For special guaranteed before 1pm next day, orders must be placed before 10am, to be shipped the same day. Orders will usually be delivered either the following day, or 1-3 business days, depending on delivery service that was selected during checkout.

Europe

 

Unfortunately, due to GPSR regulations, we are currently unable to ship any orders to Europe.

Worldwide

 

Countries we ship to: USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Bahrain, India, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail, or DHL, depending on the service selected during checkout. We are not responsible for any customs or import fees.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

We are sure you will love your purchase with us, but should you have made the wrong selection, you can return your item within 14 days. We will be happy to arrange a full refund for you within 7 working days (please be aware that, on international deliveries, we cannot refund the initial delivery/insurance surcharge or import duty, nor can we refund any delivery charges, this includes UK orders). Please contact us stating the reason for your return, and pack your parcel securely in the original box and packaging. We strongly recommend you use recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery for this as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

 

For any items that have arrive damaged, please email us at hello@vintagebeautycollector.co.uk and include photos of the damaged items and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
